AXA Private Equity takes a major stake in CAILLAU together with Management and Staff (transition from family owners)

Creation of the North American subsidiary, CAILLAU Inc. in Brighton, Michigan

Lauchn of the new plant construction in Romorantin

Creation of the Chinese subsidiary, Caillau China Ltd in Jiahan, Shanghai region

Deleted: Transfer of all 3 industrial French operations into the new plant in Romorantin
