I. Pneumatic VISA tools:
- CAILLAU provides pneumatic assembly tools for assembling VISA clamps.
- Working pressure (for both TV400 and TV500): 5,5 – 6 bar
- Maintenance operations including change of some nose parts are required in order to keep ensuring satisfying VISA assemblies.
TV400 pneumatic tool:
- CAILLAU historical pneumatic tool for VISA clamps.

- This tool will be replaced by its new version called TV500.
TV 500 pneumatic tool:

II. Electric VISA tools (EVT):
CAILLAU and its official partner BP technology can provide battery-powered tools for assembling VISA clamps.
Two versions are available: one equipped with a MAKITA automatic screwdriver and the other with an INGERSOLL RAND automatic screwdriver.
Maintenance operations including change of some nose parts are required for ensuring satisfying VISA assemblies.
MAKITA EVT:

MAKITA EVT version can detect an incomplete VISA assembly cycle.

OK/NOK assembly cycle results are shared thanks to LED indicator at the back of the tool. In case of a NOK cycle, the tool also releases an audible signal.

INGERSOLL RAND EVT :

INGERSOLL RAND EVT version can check if the VISA clamp assembly cycle is complete and to measure a tightening force (torque).

INGERSOLL RAND EVT can be sold with a control unit for communicating the OK/NOK assembly results:

WIFI communication between tool and qcx controller.

Possibility of sharing also OK/NOK results to a PLC.

Assembly cycle results can also be viewed on the control unit display.
