CVS^® & FIX

Global description: the CVS^® & FIX clamp is used to ease the junction assembly. The clamp is assembled radially and is clipped manually as a pre-tightened state. As a result, the band holds the two interfaces together before the screw tightening.

Characteristics:

• Manual pre-tightening
• Material : different austenitic grades available (depending on boundary conditions)
• Sealing performance : <0.5 l/min (depending on boundary conditions)
• Strong resistance to pull-off, torsion, vibrations
• Gas temperature : up to 950°C
• Interface shapes : formed or machined cone / bicone.
